2 × Magic hifi PCR mix is a pre mixed solution of ready to use PCR by mixing high fidelity DNA polymerase, buffer, dNTP mixture and stabilizer.

The high fidelity DNA polymerase used in this product is also added with enhanced extension structure, which has super fidelity performance, long fragment amplification ability and high yield. The enzyme has 5 '- 3' polymerase activity and strong 3 '- 5' exonuclease activity. The product is flat terminal

Product Features

Super fidelity: ~ 280 times the fidelity of Taq. It is the preferred enzyme for vector construction, point mutation, NGS template amplification and gene synthesis.

Rapid amplification: the amplification speed can reach 6KB / min.

Simple operation: to prepare PCR reaction solution, just add templates and primers and make up with water

High amplification efficiency: DNA polymerase modified by genetic engineering and optimized reaction system are adopted, with high amplification efficiency. Expandable GC fragments.

The fragments of 0.5kb-1.8kb were amplified with different templates. After the reaction, they were detected by electrophoresis.

with λ DNA was used as a template to amplify fragments of different sizes. The results showed that 2 × Magic hifi PCR mix for efficient amplification & gt; 12KB fragment.
